We currently ship within India only.

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (for online payments) or after the Cash on Delivery (COD) order is placed.
- Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partners for shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery : Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.
- No additional or hidden shipping charges—what you see at checkout is the final amount.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your shipment using our courier partners Blue Dart and Delhivery.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- For delays beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please request a replacement or return within 2 days of delivery.
- Contact our support team with order details and images of the damaged item for a quick resolution.
Return Due to Incorrect Address
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will need to place a new order on our website.
